Batch
How do you remove backgrounds in a batch without clicking each photo?
The free page cuts one image at a time, on purpose: it is the rehearsal of the cutout. a lot is a different contract — SKU folder, queue and PNG written into the record That goes through the API, not through dozens of tabs.
How to do it in three steps
Do not open thirty tabs of the free tool. That burns the daily allowance and does not become a process. Use the page to validate the kind of photo; use the API for volume.
- Take three typical photos from the lot — simple backdrop, bad backdrop, glass item — and cut them on the free tool. If the cutout fails on the bad kind, the whole lot will fail: fix the photo, not the pipe.
- With the photo kind approved, create the account and the key. The API cutout sends the image and returns a transparent PNG at the same resolution, the same engine as the page.
- Fit the call into the pipe you already have: supplier folder, resize, storefront upload. A lot is not a button on this page; it is the API in your system. See /products and /pricing.
What to expect: formats, size and time
On this page: one image, up to 8 MB, PNG, JPEG or WebP, daily allowance, variable time, one retry if the engine is busy. There is no folder picker and no visible queue.
On the API: the same cutout, with the account quota. Larger files and long queues are an account and pipe-design problem, not this page. We do not promise a fixed time per image in a lot; time still depends on size and load.
When to use the paid API
Whenever “in a batch” is the true phrase. If there are two or three photos from a shoot, the free page is enough. If they are the week's SKUs, the API is the path. The key is read at runtime; no secret in a file in this delivery.
The API pays for itself when the cutout must happen without the founder in the tab. While the founder is still choosing the photo, stay free. Docs and prices: /products and /pricing.
Frequently asked questions
Does the free page have a batch mode?
No. One image at a time. A lot is the API with an account.
Can I send a ZIP?
Not on this page. The page accepts one PNG, JPEG or WebP. Folders and ZIP files are your pipe with the API.
Does the lot use a different cutout?
No. The API uses the same engine. What changes is the quota, the key and the fact that there is no click per file.
What if one photo in the lot fails?
Handle failure per file in your pipe. The free page is there to find the kind of photo that fails before you queue the rest.
