On the Developer plan, your requests will be rate-limited after reaching the monthly cap. On Pro, you can purchase additional calls on demand. Enterprise customers have custom limits configured to their needs.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
AI Autopilot includes a free process assessment before deployment. Speech AI and the other Specialist AI APIs (NLP Suite, Image Processing) provide a sandbox with free credits to evaluate pronunciation scoring, transcription, TTS, NLP extraction, and OCR before signing.
Enterprise customers can choose between cloud deployment (Azure, AWS), on-premise, or hybrid solutions. All infrastructure is dedicated and isolated for your organization.
We implement industry-standard security controls including AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, granular access management, and full audit logging. Data from Brazilian customers is processed in the AWS São Paulo region by default, LGPD-compliant. Enterprise customers can choose on-premise deployment for full data sovereignty.
