Ad studio terms of use

1. Who provides the service

These terms govern the Ad studio, a Brainiall subscription for preparing product photos in marketplace formats. By subscribing or opening the studio, you accept these conditions.

2. What the studio does

You upload product photos and choose format, background, and margin. The studio returns treated files for listing. Monthly quota and available formats appear on the account page and in the studio.

Output depends on the photo you send. We do not promise listing approval, ranking, or sales. You must review the file before you publish it.

3. Subscription, quota, and payment

The plan is billed monthly. Access and the period quota last while payment is current. Unused quota does not roll over unless the pricing page says otherwise.

Price, photo volume, and payment methods are those shown on the Ad studio page at checkout. Any payment-operator fees follow the checkout screen.

You manage the card, invoices, and cancellation in the billing portal on the account page, or by writing to support@brainiall.com.

4. Acceptable use

Upload only photos you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful content, content that infringes a third party, or files that are not product photos for a listing.

Do not bypass the quota, sell the access token, or deliberately overload the service. Brainiall may suspend access in case of abuse, with notice to the subscription email.

5. Liability

The studio is an image-preparation tool. Brainiall is not liable for a listing rejected by a marketplace, for a third-party photo used without permission, or for short network or maintenance interruptions.

To the extent Brazilian law allows, Brainiall’s liability for a service failure is limited to the subscription fee paid for the cycle in which the issue occurred.

6. Governing law

Brazilian law applies. Consumer relationships follow the Consumer Defense Code and the rules for distance contracts. Venue is the consumer’s domicile when the law so requires.
