How do you send a PDF into Notion or Obsidian?

How to do it in three steps
The PDF becomes a note, not a whole vault. One note per upload on this page. A lot of manuals is the API. A notebook scan does not go in: you need selectable text.
- Send a digital PDF up to 8 MB. Range 1 to 15. Wait for the Markdown.
- Copy the raw output. In Obsidian, paste it into a new file. In Notion, paste it into a page block; Notion reads headings and lists. A table may need a tweak if the PDF grid was irregular.
- Place the note in your vault vocabulary: tag, internal link, property. That is your method. The tool only delivered the structured text of the PDF.
What to expect: formats, size and time
Digital PDF, 8 MB, pages 1 to 15, Markdown, page allowance. No plugin, no sync, no native importer. Variable time. No OCR.
A PDF image does not upload to the Obsidian vault or to Notion. If the note needs the figure, attach the figure separately. The conversion is text.

Frequently asked questions
Does the tool connect to my Notion account?
No. It returns Markdown. You paste it into the note.
Does Obsidian get automatic wikilinks?
No. You write internal links in your vault. The conversion does not guess the graph.
Does a slide PDF become one card per slide?
No. It becomes the text of pages 1 to 15 in PDF order. A slide as an image does not become text.
Can I mail the .md file?
Copy the Markdown and use the mail you already use. This page does not send email.
