Audio data submitted for pronunciation assessment is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored. Specifically:

- Audio files are processed by our AI models during the API request

- Assessment results are returned immediately

- Audio data is deleted from our servers after processing is complete

- We do not use your audio data to train our models without explicit consent

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

- Service providers: Cloud infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure) that host our Services

- Marketplace partners: As required by Azure Marketplace or AWS Marketplace for billing and subscription management
